This is the first pedal in the "Estate Series"

"In early 2021 one of my clients had bought a big lot of pedal and guitar parts at an estate sale, he told me about it and I got excited, it looked like there were some interesting parts I could use in the haul. So I bought them. A full night of sorting later I knew what I had. A big chunk of the parts were PCBs (printed circuit boards), from many different pcb companies. I felt like I could use these to make interesting limited edition variations of existing pedals, and since it was a bulk purchase, the price per pcb didn't turn out to be that much so I am making these Estate Series pedals as affordable as I can so people can enjoy them." 
 
The StonegateFx Overdrive/Preamp is a faithful recreation (not a direct clone) of the classic yellow 250 Overdrive/Preamp from the 70's. However I changed the clipping section to an asymmetric configuration using NOS Siemens diodes. These diodes have a slightly higher forward voltage than the regular 1N4148 giving more perceived headroom and volume. This pedal is built on the "emexar" pcb from GuitarPCB
 
Controls: 
Volume - Overall output volume
Gain - Controls overall gain, anywhere from clean boost to fuzzed out distortion
